Kerry advance to Christy Ring Cup semis

Kerry overcame Derry 0-14 to 0-8

Kerry qualified for the Christy Ring Cup semi-finals with a 0-14 to 0-8 win over Derry at Tralee.

John Egan and John Griffin grabbed the important scores as the Kingdom carved out a hard-earned six points success.

Derry will contest a quarter-final, with Wicklow also in contention following their 4-19 to 3-10 win over Mayo.

Down got the better of Armagh by 1-20 to 1-11.
