Kilkenny fight back to claim title

Two Michael Brennan goals helped Kilkenny to come from six points behind to land the All-Ireland MHC title in a thrilling Croke Park decider.

Three David O'Halloran points and two from Paudge Collins helped Clare to a 0-9 to 0-5 interval lead.

Two Michael Brennan goals in the 35th and 42nd minutes sparked the Cats' comeback, and superb scores from Kevin Kelly, Ger Aylward and Padraig Walsh saw them edge a close contest by 2-10 to 0-14.
