MacRory Cup: St Patrick's, Maghera 2-8 Abbey CBS, Newry 1-10

Wednesday, 8 February 2012

Gerard Bradley stunned Abbey CBS with a last-gasp winner in a hard-fought quarter-final at the Morgan Athletic Grounds last night.

The Derry lads had enjoyed a great start, with Neil McNicholl scoring a fifth-minute goal, but Abbey responded strongly -- Conor Hoey flicked in a goal as they went into the interval with a 1-7 to 1-4 advantage.
