Mickey Harte shows off Tyrone squad's depth

By Declan Bogue

The embarrassment of riches afforded to Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has been reflected in his number of changes from game to game.

Harte made 11 changes from the team that beat Mayo in their last league game to the side that started and beat Cavan in the McKenna Cup final. He once again makes a stunning 11 changes for the team that travels to Kildare on Sunday.

There is a first league start for Aidan McCrory, while Ronan O'Neill has been named at centre-forward.

Derry are without Ciaran McGoldrick this weekend following a foot injury, while Declan Mullen is also unavailable, travelling to America on business.

Ciaran McKeever's knee injury has forced a reshuffle in the Armagh defence with Andy Mallon moving across to the edge of the square at full-back and Michael Murray slotting into the corner-back position. Jamie Clarke captains Armagh for the first time, a week after being beaten in the Sigerson final for UUJ against UCC.
