Munster SFC clash set to move venue

Sunday's Munster Club SFC final between Nemo Rangers and Dr Crokes could be switched to Mallow.

The north Cork venue has been put on standby in case Limerick's Gaelic Grounds is declared unplayable due to the freezing weather.

And second postponement of the Ulster club football final would spark even more fixtures chaos.

The northern champions are due to face British title-holders Neasden Gaels in the All-Ireland quarter-final on Sunday week, and should this weekend's re-scheduled provincial decider between Crossmaglen and Glenties fall victim to the weather again, further disruption will follow.

Ulster Council chiefs have confirmed that they will seek a postponement of the London fixture, which is to be played at Ruislip.
