Murphy cleared for Tyrone clash

Donegal skipper Michael Murphy has been cleared to play against Tyrone in the Ulster SFC semi-final on June 26.

Murphy successfully appealed a straight red card which ended his involvement in the quarter-final victory over Cavan after just 15 minutes.

The Central Competitions Control Committee overturned the decision of referee Marty Duffy.

Murphy will lead the Donegal attack in the Clones showdown with the defending champions, who they have already beaten in the league.
