Ulster Council secretary Danny Murphy has insisted that the Dr McKenna Cup will be completed, despite the fixtures chaos that has resulted from a series of postponements.
But he admitted he has no idea when the final might be played.
He said: "We'll have to sit down and look at it when we see who's in it, and what other complications might arise."
He said that even if adverse weather forces further postponements this weekend, all remaining games will be played.
"The competition will be concluded. We will schedule it to conclude, because it is a competition that has built itself a reputation, and we couldn't contemplate not finishing it."
