O'Brien in Tipperary recall

Published 13/08/2010

John O'Brien has been recalled to the Tipperary team for Sunday's All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Waterford.

His inclusion at left half forward is the only change from the side that started the quarter-final win over Galway, with David Young dropping to the bench.

Meanwhile, Dave Keane and Gary Kirby are believed to be the frontrunners for the Limerick hurling manager's post.

Ciaran Carey, outgoing manager Justin McCarthy, Val Murnane, Leo O'Connor and TJ Ryan are the other candidates nominated after both John Allen and John Tuohy withdrew their candidature.
