Offaly hold on to claim title

Offaly survived Wexford's brave fightback to win the All-Ireland Intermediate Camogie title by 2-12 to 2-10 at Croke Park.

Elaine Dermody grabbed an eighth minute goal, and added a second on 29 minutes as Offaly went in at the break with a 2-7 to 0-4 interval lead.

But two Fiona Rochford goals brought Wexford level 10 minutes from the end, before the Faithful county produced a powerful finish with points from Arlene Watkins, Siobhan Flannery and subs Emma Dunne and Ailsa Hughes.
