Quilty out for season

Published 22/05/2012

Martin Quilty will miss Dublin's Hurling Championship campaign after suffering a cruciate injury.

Quilty was a member of last year's Leinster U21 Championship winning team, and had broken into the senior side.

He sustained the injury in a challenge game against Waterford, and the official Dublin GAA website revealed that a scan has confirmed cruciate ligament damage.
