Tipperary coast into final

Tipperary handed out a heavy 2-32 to 1-7 defeat to Antrim on their way to a place in the All-Ireland U21 Hurling Championship final at Tullamore.

Midfielder Noel McGrath hit five points and set up John O'Dwyer's 20th minute goal as the Munster champions swept to a 1-18 to 0-1 interval lead.

O'Dwyer drilled home his second goal in the 48th minute, before Michael Armstrong pulled back a goal for Antrim a minute later.

A total of 13 players featured on the Tipp scoresheet as they eased to a 28 points success.
