Tipperary five in medal bid

Published 10/09/2010

Five members of the Tipperary team which won the All-Ireland SHC title last weekend will bid to add an U-21 medal to their collection when they meet Galway in Saturday's final at Thurles.

Padraic Maher, Brendan Maher, Michael Cahill, Noel McGrath and Patrick Maher will play in their second All-Ireland final in the space of six days.

Ciaran Hough comes into a reshuffled defence due to the absence of suspended full-back John Coghlan.

Galway have kept faith with the side that defeated Dublin in the semi-final.
