Rory McIlroy was a relieved young man in Miami after a training mishap appeared to be having no lasting impact.
The 21-year-old Northern Irishman completed a first round 68 at the WGC-Cadillac Championship after dropping a 22-kilogram dumb-bell on his big right toe.
"It's sore, but it's fine," he said. "I was just putting it back on the rack and it just slipped off. I will lose a nail, but I've been icing it and it doesn't feel too bad."
