Rally driver and Playboy model Inessa Tushkanova got plenty of motors running at the start of this year's Circuit of Ireland Rally.

The glamorous Ukrainian, who funds her rally-driving career through modelling and erotic photoshoots for the likes of Playboy and FHM, made her Circuit of Ireland debut as she slipped behind the wheel of her Mitsubishi Lancer to hit Northern Ireland's roads in style.

Moscow-based Inessa (28) has been driving competitively for several years, and is well aware of the power of glamour - especially in the macho world of rally driving. "Nobody likes women in racing sport - which is traditionally dominated by men - because it's easier for us to attract sponsors," she said.

There are just two female drivers in the rally this year - Inessa and the talented Bulgarian Ekaterina Stratieva, the current ERC Ladies' Trophy champion.
