Ryan Farquhar has left the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Victoria Hospital, the Belfast Trust has confirmed.
The 40-year-old Co Tyrone rider came off his bike on the third lap of the Supertwins race, which he was leading.
He was airlifted to the RVH for surgery last Thursday night and is now in a stable condition.
He is believed to have chest and pelvic injuries, but doctors said they were happy with his progress and are optimistic of a full recovery.
The other rider involved in the crash, Dan Cooper, suffered dislocated shoulders but was back in the paddock on Friday.
English rider Malachi Mitchell-Thomas was killed in a crash at the same part of the course on Saturday.
