TeleBest: The dirtiest players in football

Elizabeth Lambert
Elizabeth Lambert was suspended from the University of New Mexico team after being seen hitting, kicking and, in one instance, pulling an opponent down by her hair during a game against Brigham Young University. She said: "My actions were uncalled for. I let my emotions get the best of me in a heated situation. I take full responsibility for my actions."
Hard-tackling, hair-pulling Elizabeth Lambert has become an internet sensation after a series of violent fouls were caught on camera.
Lambert's wild and aggressive behaviour must be some of the worst sportsmanship ever seen on a football pitch, but she's not the first footballer to take the contact element of the game to extremes.
Here we take a look at the players who perpetually committed bad tackles and were unnecessarily aggressive, earning themselves the tag of a 'dirty' footballer.

Mark Hughes should be included, couldn,t win a ball without fouling someone but then todays football has gone down the drain, the majority nowadays are prepared to commit all sorts of fouls just to win the ball and the theatrics from almost all of the players is a disgrace to the game.System needs to be changed,1 referee and 2 chicken linesmen who spend more time watching if the refereee is going to make their decicions for them is not enough. We need officials with balls and video technology also.Football is living in the dark ages still, thanks to a lot of dinosaurs.
