Enzo set to face Ola

Enzo Maccarinelli will now face Nigerian Ola Afolabi for the interim WBO cruiserweight title on the undercard of Amir Khan's clash with Marco Antonio Barrera in Manchester on March 14.

Maccarinelli had been due to face Argentinian Victor Emilio Ramirez, but his enforced pull-out means another change of opponent for the Swansea star, bidding to regain the title he lost to David Haye last year.

Meanwhile, Enzo Calzaghe believes son Joe has made the right decision to call time on his boxing career.

Enzo said: “The final decision I'm really pleased about. He's had a great innings, what a career. It's common sense really. There's no way physically he can't do it. His physical attributes are still spot on but the principal consideration is motivation.”
