Niall Gardiner bagged himself a hat-trick as Donard Hospital II continue to set a blistering pace at the top of the Amateur League's Division 3E.
The Hospital lads romped to an 8-0 home success over East Down II, with Paul English and Grant Marshall each getting two and John Menagh the other.
But Saintfield United II kept the pressure on with their fifth win from five games, this time after a 4-1 derby win over Temple Rangers II.
Darren Nelson, Mark McCormick, Matthew Carse and Phil Roberts all got their names on the scoresheet.
There were also wins for Holywood Rec. II against Wesley II (3-1), Ballywalter II against Castle United II (3-1), Carryduff II against Civil Service II (2-1) Dromore Amateurs II at Drumbo II (5-0) and Kelvin OB II at Bangor YM II (3-2).
It's still Newington YC II and Albert Foundry II clear at the top of this section.
Newington were comfortable 4-0 winners over Barn United II while Foundry II were even more convincing in their 7-0 success at Knockbreda II.
Another team among the goals were Killyleagh YC II who were 6-2 winners over Sport & Leisure II. Billy Jones claimed a hat-trick with David Forbes (2) and Niall Walsh scoring the others.
Other winners were Orangefield OB II against Dunmurry Rec. II (2-1), Rathfern Rangers II at Comber Rec. II (3-1) and Nortel II at Bloomfield II (2-1).
Ford II closed the gap on leaders Kilmore Rec. II when they ran up a 4-1 win at Shorts II.
Jim Sloan (2), Finty Adams and Colin Toal were all on the mark for the factory side and they are now just three points behind Kilmore who were held to a 2-2 home draw by Islandmagee II.
Liam Graham and Gavin Smith scored Kilmore's goals but they just couldn't find the winner.
Other winners were Queen's Graduates II at East Belfast II (3-0), Grove United II against Derriaghy CC II (4-0) and Rosario II at Abbey Villa II (2-1).
McQuiston Rec. II strengthened their position at the top after second placed Iveagh United II were held to a home 2-2 draw by Bangor Swifts II on Saturday.
McQuiston marched on with a 2-0 win over Lisburn Rangers II to stretch their unbeaten league run to six games. Neil Madden and Gareth Ryan scored their goals.
Crumlin Star II, with a 3-0 win at Drumaness Mills II, and Ards Rangers II who had no game, are also unbeaten.
There were wins for Larne Tech OB II against Sirocco Works II (4-1), 18th Newtownabbey II in the east Antrim derby against Mossley II (4-1), Dromara Village II against Groomsport II (5-0) and Bryansburn Rangers II at Downshire YM II (2-1).
Larne's goals came from Josh McAllister, Darren McNeill, James Brownlee and Kieran Kelly.
Downpatrick II made it five wins from six to open a three-point lead at the top, following their 4-1 success over Queen's Colts.
Barry Curran, Gregory Douglas, Shane Magee and Johnny Murray were all on the mark as they moved ahead of second placed Dunmurry YM II who had no league game.
Rooftop II, Bangor Rangers II and Ballynahinch United II kept the pressure on with comfortable wins too.
Rooftop were 2-0 winners at Kilroot II; the Rangers won the Bangor derby against 1st Bangor by 7-1; and Ballynahinch beat Newtownbreda II 4-1.
Ballynahinch's marksmen were Andy Carroll (2), Stuart Hunter and Jordan Kennedy.
Two games ended in draws - 4th Newtownabbey II and Grange Rangers II shared four goals and the game between Dundonald II and Newington Rangers II was scoreless.
