Emmet Donnelly believes DCU Saints will bounce back and break the hearts of Belfast Star as the Nivea Superleague counts down to the play-offs.

With only three games remaining, the battle between the Saints and Star, who defeated their rivals last weekend could hardly be more intense.

Donnelly said: “Losing to Star last weekend was a big blow for us, but that’s gone now and we just have to focus on our final three games.

“There’s no doubt we have to win all three and then see what Star do but I think they’ll drop points along the way and we can then take the third spot.”

Ulster Elks secured their second win of the season last weekend and will be hoping to add another scalp this weekend when they host UCD/Marian.

National Cup and Southern Conference champions UCC Demons are proving relentless in their pursuit of the treble and they should be to powerful for Limerick Lions.
