Ulster owned Beef Or Salmon will make his farewell appearance at Downpatrick
on Saturday.
Beef Or Salmon who is owned by Joe Craig and Dan McLernon has won 10 Grade
One races in his career and his last racecourse appearance was at
Punchestown last week. Trainer Michael Hourigan will accompany Beef Or
Salmon to Downpatrick and this top chaser will parade before the enclosures.
Iain Duff, manager of Downpatrick, said: "It's a tremendous boost to
our racecourse and we wish everyone associated with the horse a happy future.
