Confident Jessica Harrington heads to England and is ready to Rock

By Nick Robson

Jessica Harrington's Rock On The Moor can land the feature Lady Godiva Mares Novices Chase at Warwick today. Rock On The Moor has gone chasing a little later than some as she is already eight, but showed enough on her first run over the bigger obstacles to suggest she should be just as effective.

Very capable over hurdles, she was second to Vroum Vroum Mag in the Mares Hurdle at Cheltenham in March.

The Kildare trainer had no worries starting Rock On The Moor's life over fences in Grade Three company and she ran a blinder, finishing a three-length third to Willie Mullins' decent Westerner Lady.

Given the two who beat her had far more experience over the bigger obstacles, her run suggested she should be capable of winning a race like this.

Supersta can triumph in the totepoolliveinfo.com For Racing Results Handicap at Chelmsford.

Trained by Mick Appleby having spent his early career with Ron Harris, he took his form to a whole new level in the spring.

The first time he won for Appleby was from a lowly rating of 60 at Wolverhampton in October 2015.

Since then he has won another five races and now resides on a perch of 94.

He won a handicap off just 1lb lower in May, proving this mark is certainly not beyond him and there is further potential.

Adam Kirby has been booked for the first time and a big run looks assured in this £20,000 contest.
