Ger Lyons will be double-handed in Saturday's Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas with Endless Drama and Convergence primed for the Curragh Classic.

Endless Drama made a big impression when making a successful juvenile debut at Naas in October and has filled the runner-up spot in the Guineas Trial at Leopardstown and the Tetrarch Stakes at the Curragh in two starts this season.

Convergence, meanwhile, made a winning start to 2015 in the Listed Patton Stakes at Dundalk at the start of April.

Lyons also has a third Irish Guineas entry in Cappella Sansevero, a high-class two-year-old but well-beaten in the Guineas at Newmarket, but he is set to instead travel abroad over the Bank Holiday weekend.

"We'll run Endless Drama and Convergence in the Guineas on Saturday and Andrea Atzeni will ride Endless Drama," said the trainer.

"Cappella Sansevero will run in the German Guineas on Monday and Colin (Keane) will ride him."
