Order Of St George on course for Curragh return

Aidan O'Brien reported Order Of St George to be in good nick after the Gold Cup hero had a canter after racing at Leopardstown on Thursday night.

The four-year-old completed a five-timer when winning at Royal Ascot and is being aimed at the Irish St Leger Trial next month.

O'Brien said: "Order Of St George is grand. He's coming back and we'll get him ready for the Leger Trial at the Curragh (August 20)."

Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf winner Hit It A Bomb has not yet raced this season but could reappear in the Desmond Stakes at Leopardstown on August 11, added his trainer.

Stablemate Unicorn also worked with a lead horse at Leopardstown and is expected to compete in the Betway Great Voltigeur Stakes at York on August 17.
