Princess ready to come good in Wolverhampton Nursery

By Ashley Iveson

Published 09/11/2015

Passionateprincess appears a likely candidate to come good in the 32RedBingo.com Nursery Handicap at Wolverhampton.

Ann Duffield's youngster did too much too early on her racecourse introduction at Ripon in the spring and predictably weakened rapidly to finish last of eight runners.

It was a similar story when turned out fairly quickly at Beverley, with the application of hood appearing to make little impact as she once again pulled away her chance. However, her third effort at Thirsk in May was a massive step in the right direction.

The daughter of Elnadim was at least slightly more tractable and came home well to finish fourth despite encountering traffic problems.

Making her first appearance in almost six months and her all-weather and handicap debut tomorrow, Passionateprincess can triumph.
