William Buick is facing a British Horseracing Authority hearing after being found guilty of careless riding at Kempton.
The stewards decided that he allowed his mount, Mega Watt, to drift and cause interference to Mista Rossa in the digibet.com Handicap.
They judged him guilty of careless riding and as Buick has accumulated 24 days of suspension for interference during the last 12 months, he has been referred to Shaftesbury Avenue.
