Alex Cuthbert released back to Cardiff by Wales

Alex Cuthbert has been released back to Cardiff Blues following Wales' 21-16 RBS 6 Nations defeat by England.

Cuthbert is the only member of the starting XV in action at the Principality Stadium on Saturday who will take part in this weekend's Guinness PRO12 fixtures.

The 26-year-old was beaten by Elliot Daly for the decisive try of a thrilling showdown against England and is unlikely to feature against Scotland on February 25.

Cuthbert was a late injury replacement for George North, who was ruled out with a dead leg and is expected to be fit to face the Scots.
