Armitage extends deal

Heineken Cup holders Toulon have announced a three-year contract extension for England international flanker Steffon Armitage.

The 28-year-old's new deal means he has committed his future with the French club until 2017, Toulon said on their official website.

Armitage made his full England debut against Italy in 2009, and has won five caps.

He joined Toulon from London Irish two years later.
