Northampton (3) v Sale (5)

Fly-half Stephen Myler will make his 200th appearance for Northampton when Saints look to bounce back from last weekend's injury time defeat against Gloucester. Rugby director Jim Mallinder has made four changes from that game, with centre George Pisi, prop Alex Corbisiero, lock Courtney Lawes and flanker Phil Dowson all starting.

Sale show four changes to their line-up for the trip to Franklin's Gardens, highlighted by a start at fly-half for Danny Cipriani. The England international replaces an injured Nick Macleod, while there are also starts for props Eifion Lewis Roberts and Vadim Colbilas, plus number eight Mark Easter.

Last season: Northampton 47 Sale 7, Sale 16 Northampton 27

Top try scorers: Samu Manoa (Northampton) 2; Mark Cueto (Sale) 2

Top point scorers: Stephen Myler (Northampton) 30; Danny Cipriani (Sale) 21
