Lock Ollie Atkins, openside Julian Salvi and wing James Short are drafted into Exeter's starting XV. Jack Nowell moves from wing to outside centre.

Gloucester have made two changes following their win against London Irish with scrum-half Greig Laidlaw and number eight Ben Morgan returning to the starting XV.

Saracens have named Neil De Kock and Owen Farrell at half-back, while Duncan Taylor replaces leg-injury victim Brad Barritt at inside centre. Jamie George captains the team at hooker.

Dylan Hartley continues on Northampton's bench with Mark Haywood preferred at hooker. Tom Wood has recovered from a shoulder problem and is among the replacements.

Wasps have made four changes after the defeat at Sale with wing Josh Bassett, wing Sailosi Tagicakibau, hooker Edd Shervington and lock Kearnan Myall starting.

Injury has forced Worcester into making several changes with scrum-half Charlie Mulchrone, fly-half Ryan Mills, centre Andy Symons, wing Tom Biggs and flanker Sam Batty starting.
