Campbell kids centre stage for Ulster schools
The Ulster Schools’ Under 18 team to play their Munster counterparts on Saturday at Malone’s Gibson Park home has been announced.
Campbell College provide six of the starting 15, with their half-dozen representatives including scrum-half and captain John Creighton.
Methodist College have three boys on duty, while Foyle and Londonderry College and Ballymena Academy — the latter last year’s Northern Bank Ulster Schools’ Cup winners — each providing two in the starting line-up.
Belfast Royal Academy and Royal Belfast Academical Institution have one apiece.
The breakdown of the seven replacements is two from Royal School Armagh plus one each from Campbell, Methody, Coleraine Academic Institution, Down High School and Wallace High School.
Ulster will be hoping to match the province’s Under 20s who beat Munster 20-15 in Cork last Friday night.
