A first-half blitz from two-time champions the Chiefs saw them cruise to a dominant 60-21 win over the Stormers in the Super Rugby quarter-finals.

The Chiefs ran in four tries as James Lowe, Tom Sanders, Brad Weber and Sam McNicol put them in control despite Vincent Koch's two tries.

It was 34-14 at half time and Damian McKenzie added another try for the Chiefs just after the break before Hika Elliot, Tevati Koloamatangi and Tawera Kerr-Barlow wrapped up the victory after Nizaam Carr's consolation try.
