Edinburgh have confirmed that four out-of-contract players will not be offered new deals at the end of the season.

Centre James King, former Lion Andy Titterell and wing pair Mike Penn and Sep Visser are leaving Murrayfield, joining the already-confirmed exits of Allan Jacobsen, Netani Talei, Richie Rees and John Houston.

"It's always a shame to say farewell to players but it's in the nature of professional sport that we see people move on at this time of year," said interim coach Stevie Scott.

The departures were offset, however, with the confirmation that Worcester's Tongan hooker, Aleki Lutui, had signed a two-year deal with the club.
