Four changes for Brumbies

The Brumbies have made four changes, including a new half-back pairing, for Friday's Super 15 clash with the Queensland Reds.

Christian Lealiifano will start at fly-half for Australia's leading side in the competition so far this season, while Nic White will play scrum-half.

White scored a late try in last week's 29-26 loss to the Sharks and will replace Ian Prior, who will move to the bench.

Lealiifano's move back to fly-half is a result of a season-ending injury to Matt Toomua.

Winger Pat McCabe will move across and take Lealiifano's spot at inside-centre, while Joe Tomane will start on the wing.

Brumbies coach Jake White has also made changes at tighthead prop and openside flanker.

Dan Palmer comes into the front row for Ruaidhri Murphy, while Michael Hooper will also move to the bench and be replaced on the flank by Ita Vaea.

The Brumbies have won three and lost two this season and lead the Australian conference of Super Rugby.

A win on Friday against Queensland will see them move at least eight points clear of the defending champions.

Injury-hit Queensland suffered a heavy 45-19 defeat to the Western Force last Saturday.
