Worcester second row Craig Gillies will spend a 12th season with the Warriors after agreeing a contract extension until 2014.

Gillies, 36, is the club's record appearance maker in the modern era having played in 287 games since his arrival at Sixways in 2002.

"Craig is the consummate professional and extremely dedicated to training. He truly belies his age with the way he keeps himself so fit and athletic," head coach Richard Hill said.
