Italy make late change

Italy were forced into a late change for Saturday's RBS 6 Nations clash with Scotland after hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini failed to recover from a foot injury.

Ghiraldini's place in the side has been taken by Aironi's Fabio Ongaro, the Italian Rugby Federation have announced.

The switch took the number of Azzurri changes to seven following the 24-3 loss to Wales in Cardiff last week.

Italy have beaten Scotland on their last two visits to Rome.
