Captain Alastair Kellock is to return as Glasgow Warriors go in search of a fourth straight RaboDirect PRO12 win at Aironi on Saturday.
Sean Lineen's men went through October with a 100% record, beating Cardiff Blues away before home successes over the Dragons and the Ospreys, but the head coach has made 11 changes for the Stadio Luigi Zaffanella clash.
Kellock has recovered from a calf injury which saw him miss the Ospreys match and starts alongside Richie Gray in the second row.
Gray is the only player retained in the pack, with an all new front row of Dougie Hall, Ed Kalman and Ryan Grant, who missed last Friday's win with a sore knee.
James Eddie, John Barclay and Johnnie Beattie line up in the back row and Chris Cusiter and Duncan Weir combine at scrum-half and fly-half. Ruaridh Jackson is still to recover fully from the hamstring injury he suffered against England at the Rugby World Cup.
Alex Dunbar will start at centre alongside Troy Nathan, Federico Aramburu is on the wing, with Tommy Seymour on the other flank and Peter Murchie at full-back.
Lineen told Glasgow's website: "It's another huge game for us this weekend, and in terms of intensity, appetite and execution, we're going to need to be exactly where we were against Ospreys to get a further win."
The Warriors also announced on Thursday that Yorkhill Children's Foundation are to be an official charity partner for the next two seasons.
