Another game for Hamilton
Jim Hamilton is set to feature for Edinburgh against Magners League champions Munster less than a week after playing for Scotland.
He was out for seven months with tendinitis in his knee until January and played 70 minutes of the RBS 6 Nations defeat by Wales at the weekend.
Lock Hamilton will now take part in the clash at Musgrave Park on Friday night.
Edinburgh head coach Rob Moffat said: "I think it is right for Jim to play because he hasn't played a lot of rugby so far this season.
"We are delighted he is available and I'm sure he will make an impact.
"Another game under his belt will stand Jim in good stead for Scotland when the Six Nations programme restarts."
However, stand-off Phil Godman has been ruled out with a head knock he sustained in the Wales game, while hooker Sean Crombie is also unavailable for selection with an ankle injury.
Vice-captain Allister Hogg is still expected to be out for a few months after undergoing surgery to repair a hip problem at Spire Murrayfield Hospital in December.
