Romania claim World Cup place

England and Scotland will play Romania at next year's Rugby World Cup group after they beat Uruguay 39-12 in Bucharest to claim the final qualification place.

The two sides had been locked at 21-21 after the first leg of the play-off in Montevideo a fortnight ago.

Romania, who have played in all six of the previous World Cups, will join England, Scotland, Argentina and Georgia in Pool B at next year's tournament in New Zealand.
