Wasps forward Sam Jones and London Irish lock Elliott Stooke have been cited by the Rugby Football Union and will appear before a disciplinary panel on Wednesday evening.

Following incidents in the second half of last weekend's Aviva Premiership match at the Ricoh Arena, Stooke has been charged with playing an opponent without the ball, contrary to law 10.4(f) while Jones has been charged with punching or striking, contrary to law 10.4(a).

The three-person panel is scheduled to hear the cases in London at 7pm.

Wasps won the match 38-12, as they set up a semi-final clash against Exeter.
