Scarlets out as Perpignan run riot
The Scarlets crashed out of Europe with a heavy 37-5 defeat to Perpignan in the south of France.
Jon Davies scored the Welsh region's only try but they were outplayed in every aspect of the game by a fired-up Perpignan team.
The loss dumps the Scarlets out of Europe, meaning Wales have no representation in the knock-out stages of the showpiece tournament for the third time since 2003, and also have no teams left in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
Jerome Porical, Henry Tuilagi, Farid Sid, Florian Cazenave and Gerrie Britz all touched down for the Catalan giants, who made a real statement of intent.
The win sees them book their place in the Heineken Cup quarter-finals, and crucially a home tie likely to take place in Barcelona, while Leicester also qualify as one of two best runners-up.
