The Belfast schools thrashed it out at Ravenhill this St Patrick's Day afternoon, with Methody coming out on top thanks to a total of five tries.
Methody took the lead earlier on with a try and conversion - with the side then furthering extending the gap to 12 - 0.
Sullivan landed a try after around 20 minutes before a third from Methody.
It was 17 - 5 at half-time. before a Sullivan try brought the gap to just five points.
But two more tries from Methody put an end to any hopes of a Sullivan victory, with Michael Lagan helping lead his school to their 37th title.
