Sevens place for Lindsay-Hague

Ollie Lindsay-Hague is the only change in the England Sevens squad for the opening two legs of the HSBC Sevens World Series next month.

Coach Ben Ryan has kept faith with most of the squad that lost to South Africa in the bronze medal play-off at the Commonwealth Games, with Harlequins' Lindsay-Hague replacing Kevin Barrett.

World-record points holder Ben Gollings will again lead the side with the first leg in Dubai on December 3-4, before the second leg in George, South Africa a week later.

England will play Fiji, France and Portugal in Pool D on the opening day in Dubai.

England Sevens squad: Greg Barden (Royal Navy), John Brake (England Sevens), Dan Caprice (England Sevens), Chris Cracknell (England Sevens), Isoa Damudamu (British Army), Ben Gollings (England Sevens), Simon Hunt (Birmingham & Solihull), Ollie Lindsay-Hague (Harlequins), Dan Norton (Bristol Rugby), Tom Powell (England Sevens), James Rodwell (England Sevens), Mathew Turner (England Sevens).
