Five thousand turn out to see Ireland train at Kingspan in Belfast

More than 5,000 fans turned up to see the Ireland Six Nations squad train at the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast today.

Tickets for the event were snapped within 48 hours. 

The  open training session  is the first held in Belfast  since the redevelopment of the stadium on the Ravenhill Road.

Members of the Ulster Academy squad also took part in the session.
