Stormers start new season in style

Stormers made a flying start to the new Super Rugby season as a late flurry of tries game them a a 33-9 win over Bulls at Newlands.

Stormers led 9-6 at half-time after Robert du Preez and Francois Brummer had traded penalty kicks, but it was in the second half that Stormers made their move.

After one more successful penalty apiece, Du Preez scored the first try of the game in the 50th minute before converting it himself.

Eben Etzebeth then crossed in the 64th minute and Siyabonga Ntubeni in the 77th minute, with Du Preez converting both.
