Townsend names strong line-up

Glasgow head coach Gregor Townsend is able to recall three Scotland internationals for Friday's RaboDirect PRO12 clash with Munster.

Full-back Stuart Hogg, wing Sean Maitland and prop Ryan Grant are all back after missing the narrow defeat by Leinster last weekend for fitness reasons.

Tim Swinson is also recalled, while Ruaridh Jackson, Sean Lamont, Ryan Wilson, Jon Welsh and Pat MacArthur have been promoted from the bench for the Scotstoun clash.

Alex Dunbar and Tommy Seymour are among those dropping out after the pair picked up knee injuries.

Townsend said: "It's nice to be in a position where we have an increasing number of players fighting to get into the starting XV.

"Stuart, Sean and Tim (Swinson) were injured last week, while Ryan has played a lot of rugby recently, so it's nice to be able to welcome the four of them back."
