Twitter reaction to England's Six Nations triumph

England have been crowned 2016 RBS 6 Nations champions after Saturday's 25-21 victory over Wales was followed on Sunday by France's 29-18 defeat to Scotland.

Here, Press Association Sport looks at how Twitter reacted to the Red Rose's first title since 2011.
