Williams expects squad consistency

Australia assistant coach Jim Williams expects there to be a minimal number of changes when the Wallabies name their side to face Wales at the Millennium Stadium later today.

Head coach Robbie Deans had hinted earlier this week that he may choose to field the same starting XV from last weekend's victory over New Zealand after revealing a clean bill of health amongst his squad.

"We want consistency through all facets in our preparation and our selection," he said.

"You don't want a lot of changes especially when you have come off a good win.

"But you always have to make sure you are improving the team and we are prepared as best as possible and consistency is a big part of that."
