Worcester fight back to claim win

Neil Best was one of four try-scorers for Worcester

Worcester produced an improved second-half performance as they kicked off their LV= Cup campaign in style with a 34-18 victory over the Scarlets at Sixways.

The hosts trailed 13-6 at the interval but responded well in the second period to score four tries through Ben Howard, Semisi Taulava, Jake Abbott and Neil Best, with Joe Carlisle kicking 14 points in all.

Andrew Fenby and Kristian Phillips were the try-scorers for the Scarlets, with Owen Williams contributing the rest of their points.
