Bankrupt football star Keith Gillespie is going to court to fight for more than £500,000 he says he lost in bad business deals.
The former Northern Ireland and Premiership footballer — publicly declared bust nine days ago over a tax bill — has broken his silence about how he lost a fortune.
He told Sunday Life: “There is going to be a court case. I’m fighting to get my money back.”
Gillespie revealed how his tax nightmare began with investments in movies and how his bankruptcy has caused “heartache” for his family.
