Former Northern Ireland manager Nigel Worthington has warned that times could be about to get even harder for his beloved country as the production line of top-class players begins to dry up.

Worthing ton,  who led the side for  four and a half years  before making way  for Michael O'Neill,  knows better than most  the struggles associated  with putting out a team capable  of competing with the best in the world.
